 VeloSource has an ObGyn Hospitalist/Laborist opportunity open to Physicians in Arlington, Texas.

- Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalists (monthly): 10-15

- Avg. Estimated Patient Encounters for Hospitalists excluding deliveries (per shift): 7-8

- MFM onsite? No, but consults available

- Residency Program & Type? No

- In-house Anesthesia? Yes, dedicated to L&D

- EMR: Epic

- 12 or 24 Hour Shifts: 24

- Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage: Unassigned ER (i.e. ectopics)

- Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions: No

- Hospitalists Needed for First Assist: Occasionally

- First Assist Available to the Hospitalists: Yes, dedicated to L&D 24/7

- Hospitalists to Backup Midwives: No

- Hospitalists to Backup Family Practice: No

- Backup Available to the Hospitalists: Yes (OB/GYN ED Call)

- REQUIREMENTS: 100-200 Deliveries in last 2 years

- 25-50 GYN visits annually 

- No record of discipline by any medical organization

- Board Certified or Board Eligible by American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or the American Osteopathic Board of - Obstetrics and Gynecology

- Will consider Licensure Candidates 

- Clinical Interview Not required 

- Will need malp documentation at time of presentation
