- Collaborative environment with MFM, NEOs, and Obstetricians

- Opportunity to provide an impact on safe practices: simulation drills, establishment of OB/ED and protocols

- Shift Length: 24 hours

- Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage: Yes

- Hospitalists required to Perform Circumcisions: No

- Hospitalists needed for first assist: No-usually provided by midwives, residents or group

- First Assist Available to the Hospitalists: No

- Hospitalists to Backup Midwives: Yes

- Hospitalists to Backup Family Practice: No

- REQUIREMENTS: 100-200 Deliveries in last 2 years

- 25-50 GYN visits annually

- No record of discipline by any medical organization

- Board Certified or Board Eligible by American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology

- Clinical Interview Not required
