ObGyn - Hospitalist/Laborist

VeloSource has an ObGyn Hospitalist/Laborist opportunity open to Physicians near Wise, Virginia.

- .MFM onsite: Not onsite, 24/7 by consult

- In-house Anesthesia: On call nights and weekends

- Residency Program & Type? Yes –OBGYN and Family Medicine

- OB/GYN Physicians

- Full Scope Generalist for both inpatient and outpatient services

- Block scheduling of 5, 24 hr. shifts with intended schedule of 5 on/10 off

- Traditional On Call evenings and weekends (stay) within 20 min of hospital

- Clinic coverage M-F

- Supervision of Nurse Practitioners

- Travel expenses covered

- REQUIREMENTS: 100-200 Deliveries in last 2 years

- 25-50 GYN visits annually

- No record of discipline by any medical organization

- Board Certified or Board Eligible by American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology

- Clinical Interview Not required
