- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS

- Min Years Experience: 1 

- Active IL licensure required

- Typical Day: Clinic only, no call; Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

- Candidate will not work solo

- No on call

- 98% Adult; 2% Peds

- EMR: Epic
