VeloSource has an Urologist opportunity open to Physicians in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

- Active State License or Providers who need to obtain a license 

- Board Status: Board Certified 

- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS  

- Minimum Years Experience: 5

- Clinic 8a-5p, or 8a-12p or 1p-5p 

- Hospital 7a-3p

- 24hr Call 7a-7a

- Will Not Work Solo

- APP/Midlevel Coverage Available: Days 

- Call coverage for 3 hospitals within a 10 mile radius, these locations receive acute transfers from community hospitals within system

- Patient Mix: 95% Adult | 5% Peds  

- EMR: Epic

- Privilege Types: Full
