• Coverage Need: 2 long weekends per month (Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun)
• Case mix: 75% cardiac, 20% lung/chest, minimal vascular/trauma
• Required Procedures below:

• ABLATION ATRIAL/MAZE PROCEDURE
• BRONCHOSCOPY (RIGID/FLEXIBLE)
• BYPASS GRAFT CORONARY ARTERY (CABG)
• BYPASS GRAFT FEMORAL-FEMORAL
• CREATION PERICARDIAL WINDOW
• DEBRIDEMENT STERNAL
• EXCISION MASS OR TUMOR CHEST
• EXCISION/RESECTION MASS OR TUMOR MEDIASTINAL
• EXPLORATION STERNAL
• MEDIASTINOSCOPY
• REPAIR ASCENDING AORTA WITH GRAFT
• REPAIR ATRIAL SEPTAL DEFECT
• REPLACEMENT / REPAIR MITRAL VALVE
• REPLACEMENT / REPAIR TRICUSPID VALVE
• REPLACEMENT AORTIC ROOT WITH GRAFT
• REPLACEMENT AORTIC VALVE
• ROBOTIC ASSISTED EXCISION MASS OR TUMOR
• ROBOTIC ASSISTED THORACOSCOPY WITH LOBECTOMY
• ROBOTIC ASSISTED THORACOSCOPY/WEDGE RESECTION
• THORACOSCOPY (VATS)
• THORACOTOMY
