Critical Care Intensivist

VeloSource has a Critical Care Intensivist NP/PA Opportunity in St. Louis, MO.

• NP/PA will manage under the supervision of the Attending Physician, critically ill patients in the Medical/Neuro ICU.
• Providers Typical Day: attend and present at multidisciplinary rounds, perform critical care procedures.
• Procedures: Central Lines, Arterial Lines, Intubation, Vent management, Chest Tubes
• CC Pathways accepted: IM, IM/EM, Anesthesia - No Surgical
• # of beds: 38 total ICU beds- 20 general medical and 18 surgical.
• Both Day & Night shifts
• Shift Time varies; swing shifts
• Patient Mix: Certified stroke center; medical, surgical, neuro and Cardiovascular ICU patients
• MUST HAVE ACTIVE MO LICENSE and DEA**
