Anesthesiology - CRNA

VeloSource has a CRNA Opportunity - Goshen, IN

• Seeking an AHA Certified CRNA
• Coverage Need: 7:30a - 3:30p / Call from 3:30p - 7:30a - 3 calls per month with primary call being in house.
• In-House call provider will have an anesthesia only call room.
• High Case volume, all providers work their own cases.
• High-Risk OB, 1300 births per year.
• Cases: Mostly General, endo, ortho, urology, high-risk OB (including VBACs), GYN, Cancer, Liver. Some Vascular, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, very light Cardiac (TEE, lungs and major vasicular). 
• 350 case logs required
• Staff: 6 CRNAs, 5 MDs Daily, 1 provider on post call day off from first call.
• 10 providers working per day. 8 providers at main hospital with 2 providers in late room and 2 in ASC.
