VeloSource has a CRNA Opportunity in Pontiac, IL.

• Active IL state license required
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Minimum # Years Experience: 1
• Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 10
• Coverage Need: Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p
• Providers Typical Day: Managing 5-7 surgical cases per day
• Required procedures: anesthesia—Intubation, Spinal, Bier Block
• Staffing: Will work with NPs, PAs, and Physicians.
• Travel Covered: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Parking; Rental Car & Fuel; Ground Transportation
