• Hours - 7a-3p/Call hours: 3p-7a
• Schedule - 3 weeks on/1 week off
• Call scheduled - Call every 3rd night; every 3rd weekend
• Type of cases required - Ortho, GI, OB/GYN, Cataracts, General
• Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals (case logs required)
• Certifications Required - ACLS, PALS
• Number of providers during the day - 3
• Number of OR’s - 3
