Family Medicine

VeloSource has a Family Medicine Opportunity - Fremont, OH

• Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM)
• Patient Population - Mainly adults, some teens, occasional pediatrics
• Patients per Day: 15-20
• Prefer Family Medicine Physician but will consider Internal Medicine
• Typical Day: Wellness exams, physicals, sick visits
• No procedures
• Imaging and Lab onsite
• Specialists available to consult
• Large office building with private practice
• 4 exam rooms
• Support from MA and will be overseeing 2 Nurse Practitioners 
• Travel & Lodging Included

Candidate Requirements:

• Ohio Licensed
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• 2+ years experience
