Hematology - Oncology

VeloSource has a Hematology/Oncology Opportunity - Williamsport, PA

• Trauma Level Designation: Level II
• Must be Board Certified in MO - Medical Oncology
• Active PA State License HIGHLY preferred but will consider providers who need a license and/or have IMLC in hand
• Minimum # Years Experience: 1
• HIGHLY prefer local and/or drive in candidates
• DEA Required
• CSR License Required
• Coverage Need: 5 days/week + call
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-430p with call occurring 1:3 - provider will be on call for the entire week
• Types of Calls: 30min Response
• Candidates Typical Day: 15 outpts/day in clinic + APP supervision
