• Family Practice: Physician would be covering, not accepting new patients.
• 100% Office/Clinic Based/Outpatient.
• Active IN license required
• Coverage Need: Mon (8am) - Fri (4:45pm)
• Volume is 25-30 patients per physician 
• 100% adult, no peds
