• Inpatient Responsibilities in Radiology Department
• Number of Physicians: 1
• Nursing Support/Physician Nurse Ratio: 1:1
• Services/Procedures offered in the practice: X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, mammograms, and ultrasounds. Swallow, BE, Myleogram, LP
• Number of Exam Rooms per provider: 3
• Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 111

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Analyzing medical images to diagnose and monitor diseases.
• Interpreting test results.
• Communicating findings to other healthcare professionals.
• Performing interventional procedures using imaging guidance.
• Collaborating with a healthcare team.
• Choosing and implementing appropriate imaging techniques.
• Reviewing and interpreting X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, mammograms, and ultrasounds.
• Recommending testing to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.

Requirements

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active IA License or Active IMLC - REQUIRED
• Ideal Candidate will have experience with light IR, does radiology reads, and can do special studies - REQUIRED
• Full-time availability is preferred, but will accept candidates offering 2 weeks per month
• Fellowship Trained - REQUIRED
