VeloSource has a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician Opportunity - Bellevue, WA

• Schedule: Monday - Friday Clinic Coverage on site: 9 Hours
• Consults and US reads
• Minimum of 1 week block coverage a month
• Board Certified in MFM [REQUIRED]
• WA Active License or IMLC Eligible for Compact License [REQUIRED]
• Self-Query NPDB pulled within the month of submission [REQUIRED]
• Cannot accept providers who have not been clinically active for 1 year [REQUIRED]
• Providers must have at least 1 year post fellowship experience [REQUIRED]
• Ideal availability is a min of a 1-week block per month [REQUIRED]
• No malpractice or disclosure history [REQUIRED]
