• Practice Setting: Free-Standing Cancer Center 
• Call Schedule: No call during locum period; call expected if placed perm; call schedule is 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks
• Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Geriatric
• Percentage of the Practice is: 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology, 0% internal medicine
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 7
• Number of APPs: 6
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT: 25
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 20
• Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting
• Required Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse Oncologist
• Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology - [REQUIRED]
• Active SC license - [REQUIRED]
• BLS & DEA - [REQUIRED]
• Clean background for Emergency temps - [REQUIRED]
• Current NPDB - [REQUIRED]
