• Boards Accepted: Should be certified by the ABR in Therapeutic Radiology and must possesses necessary experience to provide clinical physics support at an advanced radiation oncology facility.
• PA State License Required (will accept candidates needing to obtain a license)
• No IMLC
• Minimum # Years Experience: 5
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 20
• Schedule/Shift Times: 8a-5p
• No call
• TYPICAL DAY: The locum physicist will provide full time clinical physics support. Chart Checks, Plan checks, Patient specific QA, monthly and annual QA for CT and Linac, Review of daily QA for CT and Linac, DIBH coverage, help SBRT program get off the ground, QA of machines after repair, electron setup, Assistance in CT simulation as needed, provide support to therapists as needed; provide consultation to the physicians as needed.
• Candidate will work solo. Consultation support can be provided from regional chief of Physics, if needed
