Surgery - Neurological

VeloSource has a Neurological Surgery Opportunity - Rockford, IL

• Board Status: Board Certified; Board Eligible
• DEA Required
• IL State License Required, no IMLC
• Minimum # Years Experience: 1
• Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS
• CSR Required
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 20
• Level 1 Trauma Center
• Outpatient Clinic-8 hours
• Night Call 
• 24 hour call with a 30 minute response; there will be some rounding in inpatients.
• Case mix- Bread-and-butter neurosurgery + trauma
• Schedule Preference: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (flexible)
• Will consider providers with 1 week of availability
• NPs onsite from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Collaborative environment with trauma, critical care, and hospitalist teams
