Program Details

• 12 or 24 Hour Shifts: MD: 24 hours; CNM: 12 and 24 hours
• Hospitalists to Provide emergent GYN Coverage
• Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions
• Hospitalists Needed for First Assist
• Hospitalists to Backup Midwives
• Hospitalists to Backup Family Practice
• Backup Available to the Hospitalists

Hospital Details

• NICU Level: III
• Total Hospital Deliveries (monthly avg.): 150
• Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalist (monthly): 60
• Estimated Patient Encounters for Hospitalists (not including deliveries) (monthly): 258
• In-house Anesthesia 24/7
• MFM onsite Monday – Friday, available when needed on weekends

REQUIREMENTS:

• 100-200 Deliveries in last 2 years
• 25-50 GYN visits annually
• No record of discipline by any medical organization
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Clinical Interview Not required
