• Requirements:
• 100-200 Deliveries in last 2 years
• 25-50 GYN visits annually 
• No record of discipline by any medical organization
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Total Hospital Deliveries (monthly avg.): 50
• Total Unassigned (Walk-in) Deliveries last 12 months: 225
• Total Unscheduled outpatient triage volume/visits to L&D last 12 months: 1899
• NICU Level- Level 3 Advanced Specialty
• Total Hospital Deliveries (annual avg.): 2,714
