• Coverage Need - 24 hour call coverage only, no clinic. Need will be ongoing.
• Trauma Level III hospital
• Patients per day: 5
• Nursery Level I
• Board Certified OBGYN (No BE) - Required
• MI License & CSR at Submission - not accepting IMLC
• BLS - Required 
• Provider must be local - REQUIRED
• Must have clean background for quick credentialing- REQUIRED
• DEA - Required
