ACLS (through AHA) and NRP (through American Board of Pediatrics) required

10 patients per day in clinic

Heavy OB in clinic- 65-70%

Provider will cover emergency GYN

Almost No high risk, transferred locally

MFM offsite

Well baby nursery

Provider not required to supervise Midwives- Will be backing Midwives

Some procedures are done in clinic
