• Active PA state license required
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Minimum # Years Experience: 2
• Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS; NALS; PALS
• Coverage Need: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Clinic and call -- Mon-Fri: 24 Hour Call +Clinic (8a-8a) Clinic hours are 8a-5p. Taking call offsite after clinic hours. *SAT –SUN: 24 Hour Call (8a-8a)
• Travel Covered: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Parking; Rental Car & Fuel; Ground Transportation
