VeloSource has an Oncology NP Opportunity - Greenville, SC

• Practice Setting: Free-Standing Cancer Center 
• Shift(s) Description: M-F 8:30a-4:30p
• Call Schedule: First call for patient phone calls and hospital phone calls Tuesday 4:30pm-8:00 am, Friday 4:30pm-Monday 8:00am.
• On site inpatient rounding Saturday & Sunday.
• Call Ratio: One rotation every 5-6 weeks, dependent upon staffing
• Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Geriatric
• 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology, 0% internal medicine
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 8
• Number of APPs: 4
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT: 15
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 20
• Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting
• Required Duties: Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
• Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse Oncologist
• Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology - [REQUIRED]
• Active SC license (will accept providers needing to obtain a state license) - [REQUIRED]
• BLS - [REQUIRED]
• DEA - [REQUIRED]
• A Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - [REQUIRED]
