• Board Status: Board Certified
• DEA Required
• PA State License Required
• Accepts IMLC
• Min # Years Experience: 5
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
• Must Have Ability to do Tracheotomy
• Ability to work 10 days in a row every month,
• Must Have Oral Maxillofacial and Facial Repairs/Trauma
• Trauma facial coverage means Facial plating, soft tissue repair, mandible arch bars minimal.
• Coverage Need Details: Trauma call and hospital with office coverage 10 days per month.
• OP clinic, IP rounding/consults, surgical cases and call.
• Schedule/Shift Times: Mon-Fri: 8am-4:30pm - Clinic / Hospital rounding; 4:30pm - 8am - Call; Sat / Sun: 8a-8a Call
• Level III trauma
• Adult Percentage:  70%
• Peds Percentage:  30%
• Provider will see both Adults / Peds - peds are mostly younger kids with Tubes & Nodules
• Typical Cases Seen: Routine ENT patient needs, emergency room and trauma patients with ENT needs. Typical ENT surgical skill and experience. Cases Seen: Sinuses, tonsils/adenoids, ear infections, thyroids, vertigo, hearing loss, larynx lesions, voice disturbance, nosebleeds, cerumen, trachs
