VeloSource has an Otolaryngology Opportunity - Peoria, IL

• Trauma Level Designation: Level I
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 7
• Board Status: Board Certified
• DEA Required
• IL State License Required, no IMLC
• Minimum # Years Experience: 1
• Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS
• CSR License Required
• This role includes a mix of clinic hours and call coverage.
• Duration: 1 week per month (Sunday through Saturday)
• Weekday Schedule: 8 hours of clinic per day, followed by night call coverage
• Weekend Schedule: 24-hour call coverage (Saturday & Sunday)
• No clinic on weekends
• Scope of Work: General ENT evaluations and procedures in clinic, Inpatient consults as needed, Emergency and after-hours call coverage, Coordination with hospital staff and specialty teams.
