• Board Status: Board Certified; Board Eligible
• IL State License Required to Apply
• Minimum # Years Experience: 1
• DEA Required
• Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS
• CSR License Required
• Coverage Need Details: One week per month for 24/7 call coverage, OR and clinic.
• Types of Calls: 30min Response
• Travel Allowed: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Rental Car & Fuel
• Candidates Typical Day: 24/7 call coverage; OR duties; Clinic consultations and patient care; Full complement of Pediatric Orthopedics procedures, including trauma, for patients aged 17 and under; Collaboration with a PA who provides first assist during weekday daytime hours (M-F)
