• Board Status: Board Certified
• DEA Required
• Active IL State License Required, no IMLC
• Minimum # Years Experience: 1
• Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS
• CSR License Required
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 20
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 8a-4p
• Coverage Need: provide coverage on the inpatient rehab floor. Provider will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to manage and oversee patient rehabilitation plans, coordinate care, and support recovery for patients with diverse physical and neurological conditions.
