VeloSource has a Psychiatrist Opportunity - San Jose, CA

• Job Duties: Performs needed psychiatric assessments, and provides ongoing medication management services for referred developmentally disabled patients with mental health disorders.
• Coverage Need: 12-16 hours/week.
• Must be eligible for MediCal/Medicare certification.
• Must be authorized to prescribe controlled substances.
• Provider will be providing telehealth consults via zoom, must be in person at least 1 day per week.
• Active CA State License Required
• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (Certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency).
• Must be Board Certified or eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and neurology in adult and/or child psychiatry.
