• Board Status: Board Certified
• DEA Required
• IL State License Required, will consider IMLC
• Minimum # Years Experience: 5
• Certifications Required: ACLS; ATLS; PALS
• CSR License Required
• 24-month Case Log must be submitted
• How many ICU beds: 16
• Average # of patients per day in ICU: 8-12
• Admissions: 1-3
• Open or closed ICU: open, but semi-closed as every patient is assigned to intensivist with specialists consulting
• Hospital Trauma Level: Level 2
• Special procedures needed: Line placement
• Schedule: 7on/7off, 12-hour shifts
• Types of Calls: In-House
• Average Admissions While On Call: 2
