• Cancer Center
• Trauma Level Designation: Level II
• # of Beds: 458
• Board Status: Board Certified
• Active PA State License Required to Apply
• Minimum # Years Experience: 4
• Requirement Notes: Provider must be Board certified, will not accept BE candidates.
• DEA Required
• Certifications Required: ACLS
• Coverage Need: both clinic and call
• Can be willing to work 2 weeks on/ 1 off.
• Call will vary depending on coverage needs and call schedule needed.
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 20
• Types of Calls: Telephone; 30min Response
• Travel Allowed: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Parking; Rental Car & Fuel; Ground Transportation
• Typical Day: Day shifts typically: 7:30-4pm
• Night call: 4pm -10pm
• Saturday and Sunday Call - 8am - 8pm
• Weekend call mainly 12hr shifts
