• Acute Care Hospital
• APP/Mid-Level Coverage Available
• Active PA state license required; Fluoroscopy for Major Vascular Surgery Licensed in PA or IMLC in hand
• DEA Required?: Yes
• Must be Board Certified
• Minimum # Years Experience: 2
• DEA Required
• Coverage Need: Holiday coverage, with need ongoing. Inpatient and Outpatient Rounding. Weekends and Holidays are call only.
• Types of Calls: 30min Response
• Providers Typical Day: Vascular Surgery Procedures Rounding/Consults
• Candidates must be local/driveable
