• Coverage Details: Need is 2 days/week onsite.
• *M-F | 8a-430p (Somewhat Flexible) | No Call
• Workload Expectations: 15 Patients/Day
• Licensure: will accept candidates needing to obtain a license.
• Minimum # Years Experience: 1
• Requirements Notes: Must agree to a long-term commitment of 1 yr.
• Certifications Required: ACLS;BLS
• Travel Covered: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging ;Parking; Rental Car & Fuel; Ground Transportation
