VeloSource Welcomes Adam Rousey as Chief Operations Officer

VeloSource has named Adam Rousey Chief Operations Officer, strengthening the company’s ability to execute across staffing, technology, vendor management, and workforce operations, and to deliver that work in a way that’s consistently client-centric rather than one-size-fits-all.

As COO, Adam will align VeloSource’s solutions with the day-to-day realities health systems face and lead the operational discipline behind them: driving profitability, controlling costs, and pursuing continuous process improvement, while investing in the teams responsible for delivering on that work. He has built a track record in strategic planning, team development, and MSP partnerships, and has been recognized for performance excellence in operations, customer care, and strategic workforce solutions.

Adam brings more than 25 years of experience across vendor management systems, managed staffing programs, transitional management services, float pool management, and locum tenens partnerships. That experience spans hospitals, health systems, LTACHs, ambulatory surgery centers, and insurance institutions, alongside some of the most respected leaders in healthcare workforce solutions, giving him a full-picture understanding of how staffing, technology, and operations fit together.
