VeloSource has a CRNA Opportunity in Evansville, IN.

• Active IN license required (will accept providers still needing to obtain this)
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Minimum # Years Experience: 1
• Scheduling: Monday-Friday; mix of 8s (GI coverage) and 12s (OR coverage); 7a-3p or 7a-7p
• Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS
• No OB, or Open Heart
• High volume of GI, Ortho, Neuro, General, Trauma, Uro, Respiratory, CT, EP, Cardioversions, etc.
• Travel Covered: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Parking; Rental Car & Fuel; Ground Transportation
