• Schedule: 7a-3p/Call Hours: 3p-7a
• Call: every night call; response time- 30 mins
• All CRNA practice
• Cases: General, Ortho, ENDO, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, Podiatry; spinals blocks and epidurals
• Number of providers during the day: 2
• Number of ORs: 3
• Number of endo rooms: 1
• Additional notes: TAP blocks, neuraxial blocks, peripheral blocks, and IV blocks
• Licenses required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA
