VeloSource has a Hematology/Oncology Physician Opportunity - Maryland

• Provider's Typical Day: 12 -15 Patients New and Follow-up appointments
• Coverage Need Details: Clinic 4 days a week along with one 24-hour weekday call. * 24-hour weekend call shift will be every 4th weekend Friday 8a-Monday 8am
• Certifications Required: BLS
• State Licensure: Maryland
• DEA Required
• CSR License Required
• Minimum Years Experience: 3
• Board Status: Board Certified
