VeloSource has an ObGyn Opportunity - Petersburg, VA

• Practice Setting: OBGYN Hospital/Call + potential for clinic coverage.
• Schedule: 7am-7am; potential for clinic + call coverage; typical clinic day starts at 8:30am and ends at 3pm with an hour lunch from 12pm-1pm.
• Call ratio: 1 to 4
• Total number of beds: 9 in L&D and 20 postpartum 
• Number of Physicians in practice: 4 
• Support Staff: OBHG hospitalist, surgical assistants, 3 to 4 nurses each shift 
• Average number of nursery admissions per day: 2 to 3 per day 
• Average call back per 24hr shift: less than 1, will receive calls from answering service 
• Specific Procedures required: C-section, vaginal deliveries, suction D&C, ectopic pregnancies, ovarian torsion, abnormal bleeding. MFM will handle most high-risk patients.
• Board Certified - [REQUIRED]
• Active VA DEA and CSR - [REQUIRED]
• Active VA license - [REQUIRED]
• ABOG, BLS - [REQUIRED]
• Must be able to cover clinic + call coverage - [REQUIRED]
• Self-query NPBD report as a requirement during time of presentation - [REQUIRED]
• Providers MUST have clean backgrounds to be considered for temps - [REQUIRED]
