VeloSource has an ObGyn Opportunity - Roanoke Rapids, NC

• Coverage Need: Women's Health Clinic & hospital call
• No NICU, newborn nursery only
• ANES on call
• MFM available through phone consultation
• Open to someone interested in doing clinic and call during the week or weekend call.
• Ideal candidate is full time, but minimum requirement is 1 week or weekend per month.
• OB/GYNs have one day per week surgery, the rest in outpatient clinic, with four hours of designated administrative time per week.
• OB/GYN typically sees 20 patients per day in the outpatient clinic.
• Deliveries are approximately 25-30 per month for the group.
• Call schedule will most likely be 1:2 weekdays (8a Mon – 5p Fri) and 1:4 weekends (5p Fri – 8a Mon).
• Board certification required (or board-eligible if resident).
• BLS required; NRP is required for hospital privileges.
