Radiology - Pediatric

VeloSource has a Pediatric Interventional Radiologist Opportunity - Pittsburgh, PA

• Trauma Level Designation: Level I
• Board Status: Board Certified, American Board of Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology board certs.
• PA State License Required (will accept candidates needing to obtain a license)
• Minimum # Years Experience: 5
• Certifications Required: BLS; PALS
• Call not required, but is available
• Coverage Need: 5 consecutive shifts per month minimum
• Schedule/Shift Times: 7:30a-5p
• Typical Day: Outpatient same day anesthesia cases in the morning, followed by anesthesia add on cases, followed by nonanesthesia cases.
• Weekend cases are only on call cases.
• APP mid-level coverage available. NP and PA that work on weekdays. Both are present Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Our NP will take Wednesday off and our PA has clinic on Thursday.
• Outpatient per day 25
• Cases per day 50
• Evals per day 25
• Procedures: A few examples include biopsies, chest tubes, some biliary cases (Biliary drain placements) and salivary gland injections.
