• Clinic Days: M-F (weekdays only, weekends not needed)

• Shift Length: 8 hours
• Clinic Hours: 8a-4p
• Procedure/OR Days: M-F
• No call
• Typical Day: Inpatient and Outpatient Responsibilities in Radiology Department, Inpatient responsibilities in IR Department
• Number of Physicians: 1
• Nursing Support/Physician Nurse Ratio: 1:1
• Ancillary Staff per Provider: multiple
• Number of Exam Rooms per provider: 3
• Medical Imaging
• Lab and Pharmacy
• Services/Procedures offered in the practice:  X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, Nuc Med and Ultrasounds, Fluoroscopy studies include Swallow, BE, Myelogram, LP, no mammo reads or breast biopsies will be included.
• Volume expectations (these numbers are on the high end): Xray - 30, CT - 30, NM - 3, MR - 7, US - 10
• Board Certified - [REQUIRED]
• Active IA License or Active IMLC LOQ - [REQUIRED]
• Fellowship Trained (General Rad with Mammography and Fluoroscopy) - [REQUIRED]
• Clean Malpractice/Background - [REQUIRED]
