VeloSource has an Urgent Care/Walk-in Physician Opportunity - Quincy, IL

• Walk-in Clinic
• APP/Mid-level Coverage Available
• Support staff: experienced NP's, RN's, LPN's, MA's
• Board Status: Board Certified; Board Eligible
• DEA Required
• IL State License Required; YES
• Min # Years Experience: 1
• Certifications Required:   ATLS, PALS 
• CSR License Required
• Coverage Need: 12 Shifts/Month
• Schedule: Mix of 10a-10p or 6a-6p; typically 4 in a row.
• MD/DO may be alone from 6a-9a / NP may be alone from 9p-10p
• No call
• Typical Day:  Walk-In Clinic averages 60-70 patients per day split between 3 providers
• Travel Covered:  Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Parking; Rental Car & Fuel; Ground Transportation
• Case Mix: 60% Adult / 40% Peds  
• Typical Cases Seen: Some Ortho, xrays, splinting, suturing, foreign body eye removal, cough sore throat, UTI, STD testing/pelvic exam, flu, rashes, ect.
• Procedures:  Splinting, suturing required
