• Coverage Need: M-F: Days (5) 8 hour shifts 0630 to 1500 OR (4) 10 hour shifts 0630 to 1700 (M-F)  
• No call
• Patient Demographic: Adult/ Geriatric
• Team Structure: Care Team Model, medical direction
