When we say that we are fortunate to add our new Executive Vice President John Daniel to the team at VeloSource, we mean it! John comes to us with great knowledge, experience and a vast understanding of the locum’s market. As we launch our new website, we thought it appropriate to shine the spotlight on John, his history, and how excited we are to see what he will add to the organization.
John brings years of locum tenens leadership experience to VeloSource. He began his career in the industry at the desk level in 1983. In 1989, he cofounded his first locum company, Daniel and Yeager (D&Y Staffing). Under John’s leadership while at D&Y, he cofounded and started TeamHealth, now one of the largest national contract management companies in the US and served on their Board of Directors. John also served as a charter member of NALTO and drafted the original Code of Ethics. He sat on both the Boards for NALTO and NAPR and is the only person to serve as President of both organizations.
Residing in Gulf Shores, Alabama, John loves spending time at the beach and being with family and friends. Most importantly, he and his daughter are both die-hard Alabama fans.
